New, three-four storey mixed use development on Main Street, Foxford comprising one large pharmacy unit, three retail/commercial unit, two office units, and six residential units. Reinforced concrete structure on reinforced concrete pad and strip foundations with composite timber and steel roof structure.

Planning stage design and detailing of drainage and attenuation services.
Complete civil and structural design and detailing of development at construction stage.

64 Wine, Glasthuile

Refurbishment and alteration to ground floor level of 63 & 64 Glasthuile Road combining two building units into one retail unit. Works involved temporarily supporting first floor walls and roof while permanent frames and structures were installed allowing removal of existing ground floor walls and structures.

Complete civil and structural design and detailing of temporary and
permanent supports at construction stage.

Services:

Deign and detailing of piled foundations and temporary and permanent structural
framing required to carry out modifications to existing building and to carry addition
floor levels. Design and detailing of new drainage scheme for modified building.

Deerpark Stores, Stillorgan

Refurbishment and alteration to the existing ground and first floor retail premises at 69 Deepark Road, Stillorgan and the provision of a first floor extension to the rear. Works involved the installation of temporary and permanent supports over new structural openings.

ground floor level and the design and detailing of new walls and roof structures at first floor level.
