Description:

A development of eight rural style dwelling houses at Kilcloon, County Meath, designed specifically for locals with a rural housing need. The project is one of the first group developments in County Meath designed on the principles of the Cork Rural Design Guide.

Services:

Planning stage design and detailing of both the individual houses and scheme layout using the principles of the Cork Rural Design Guide and the submission of the associated planning application to Meath County Council.

Construction Stage structural design and detailing of the foundations
and structural elements, monitoring of dwelling house constructions,
and provision of compliance certification upon completion.

Description:

New rural dwelling house development in the style of a traditional farm courtyard, with three separate narrow profile blocks linked together with a structural glazing enclosure.
